Dr. André Théorêt, D.M.D, B. Sc
Born and raised in Ottawa, Dr. André Théorêt's
interest in dentistry began when he underwent orthodontic treatment
(braces) at the age of 10. His interest grew while attending
Collège catholique Samuel-Genest, where he completed a co-op
placement at Phenix Dental Clinic.
Dr. Théorêt continued his studies by obtaining a Bachelor
of Science (Biochemistry) from the University of Ottawa. Graduating in
1997, he left Ottawa for Quebec City, where he joined the Faculty of
Dentistry at Laval University.
Upon graduating as a general practitioner in 2001, he returned to his
beloved hometown and the clinic where he began his career; first as an
associate and finally as a proud owner in 2003.
Dr. Théorêt is also passionate about hockey. Along with
playing ice and ball hockey, André also enjoys other sports
including golf and scuba diving. When not at the office, André
travels with his wife and two kids.
Dr. Greg Villeneuve, D.D.S.
Born and raised in Edmonton, Dr. Villeneuve attended the University of
Alberta where he completed an undergraduate degree in Medical Sciences
and subsequently, a doctorate in dental surgery. During his studies,
Greg was actively involved in different research projects, one of which
led to a published article in the reputable European Molecular Biology
Organization Journal (EMBO). Also while in Edmonton, Greg volunteered
his dental services to underprivileged youth in the downtown core area.
As a sports enthusiast, Greg continues to enjoy a variety of sports
that he has played both competitively and non-competitively throughout
his life. These include ice hockey, ball hockey, soccer, golf, football
and skiing. Apart from sports, Greg has a passion for music, attending
concerts and playing the guitar.
SInce July of 2008, Dr. Villeneuve has worked as a general practitioner
in Ottawa and the outlying town of Bourget, Ontario. Before joining our
clinic full-time in 2011, he had already built a solid reputation
within the dental community.
